‘Pu. Na. Gadgil Jewellers’ i.e. PNG Jewellers opened in Sangli in 1832. This is the reflection of a brilliant career of 188 years. The identity of PNG Jewellers is incomplete without Dajikaka Gadgil, the founder of this shop in Pune. Dajikaka came to Pune in 1958 and started the first outlet of ‘Pu. Na Gadgil Jewellers’ on Laxmi Road. He introduced many new concepts, initiatives and radically changed the business. That is when PNG Jewellers started emerging as a brand. Integrity, transparency and belongingness made PNG Jewellers reach homes and hearts of the people. The popularity of PNG Jewellers began to grow on the strength of public trust. In 2001, another outlet was opened on Paud Road. After that, PNG Jewellers expanded all across Pune.
